Return Eligibility
You may return products within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Receive return instructions and authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
- Wait for confirmation of receipt and processing
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Products returned after the 14-day return period
- Items without original packaging or documentation
Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
